Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a temporary to permanent Recruiter to join their busy and dynamic Talent Acquisition team in Arlington, VA! If you have 5+ years of B2B successful sales experience and strong ATS skills, apply now!
Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruitment initiatives, campaigns, and logistics for account executives, sales operations and other related roles.
- Review and screen resumes, manage all internal notes, and schedule interviews.
- Support onboarding; assist with completing new hire and employment paperwork.
- Research sourcing options and track candidate activity.
- Collaborate on job details and postings, expertly tailoring the needs to sales related roles.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B sales recruitment experience are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- Proficiency in WorkDay, or similar ATS, and MS Office is required.
- Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills.
- Personable with an ability to relate to others.
Position Information:
- $45/hr-$58/hr, while temporary, DOE.
- $110k-$130k, when permanent.
- Hybrid with 4 days/week onsite required.
- Metro accessible office in Arlington, VA.
- 37.5-hour work week!
