Our client, a multi-faceted company, is seeking a temporary Call Center Representative to provide holiday coverage onsite at their Georgetown office!
Responsibilities:
- Answer and document incoming phone calls.
- Provide accurate information to callers.
- Process payments and resolve any issues that arise
- Complete additional relevant tasks as needed.
About You:
- 1+ years of call center or front desk experience is required.
- Must have a knowledge of medical call center terms.
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
- Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Position Information:
- $50k-$54k, depending on experience.
- Hours are 11am-5pm.
- Temporary coverage on 12/12.
- 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
- Free parking!
