Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant; Gov Affairs to provide crucial support in their Washington, DC office!
Responsibilities:
* Manage scheduling and calendaring for the head of their team.
* Handle expense reports, invoice processing, coordinate contracts, and other financial tasks.
* Provide meeting support through scheduling, agenda preparation, material assembly, note taking, and meeting minutes.
* Support event planning and ensure accessibility for webpages and documents.
* Special projects and other tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
* 10+ years of strong administrative or executive support experience are required.
* A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred but not required.
* Ability to work with senior executives, policymakers, and Hill staff.
* Proficiencies in MS Office, Concur, Zoom and other standard softwares.
* Self-starter with a high level of confidentiality able to effectively anticipate needs.
* Resourceful problem-solving skills with flexibility and strong judgement.
Compensation & Position Information:
* Pays $25/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary for 2-3 months with a strong potential for the assignment to extend.
* Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm.
* Metro accessible office in Washington, DC!
