Front Desk Concierge (Contract Role)
Location: Carrollton, TX
Start Date: Mid-January
Pay: Starting at $20/hr
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Duration: Mid-Jan through mid-May
We’re seeking a Front Desk Concierge to join our team on a contract basis and provide exceptional office support. This fully onsite role is perfect for someone who thrives in a professional environment and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for clients and team members.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and ensure an outstanding experience
- Answer and direct phone calls; monitor office emails
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings
- Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in shared spaces
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and special projects
What We’re Looking For
- Previous office administration or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Desktop
- Flexible, resourceful, and proactive mindset
