Operations Specialist
Duties of Employee:
Goods receiving, inspection, and logistics
Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
Inventory control and stock management as needed
Assembly and testing of valves and accessories
Testing, measuring, and adjusting mechanical assemblies
Identifying and eliminating assembly defects
Reading functional plans and drawings
Packaging and shipping finished goods
Handling returned goods for repairs
Assisting in customer returns
Shipping marketing materials, trade show booths, and samples
Completing all work orders related to the build of control valves
Providing general assistance to staff members as needed
Aiding in reception duties (e.g., answering phones, receiving visitors, filing records,
customer service tasks)
Assisting in marketing and sales activities as requested
Command and effective use of the PPS system
