Beacon Hill has partnered with a consulting company in downtown Chicago to hire a Recruiting Manager to start immediately. This role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring process that aligns with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for professional services or consulting environments and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level consulting roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals).
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and proactively engage passive talent.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and report progress to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws during all hiring activities.
- Promote employer brand and company culture to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Experience in consulting or professional services industry strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
