Our client, a boutique financial services firm, is seeking a Receptionist/Executive Assistant to manage front desk operations while providing administrative support to members of the investment team. This role requires professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. The schedule is 9:00am-5:00pm, fully onsite in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, manage deliveries, and maintain conference room readiness
- Coordinate office snacks, meals for meetings, and holiday gifting
- Reconcile monthly statements for office expenses and vendors
- Assist with travel planning, calendar management, and correspondence drafting
- Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain accurate files and records
- Support investment professionals with ad hoc administrative tasks while ensuring confidentiality
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous administrative or executive assistant experience; financial services background a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Professional demeanor with adaptability, discretion, and a positive attitude
Compensation/Benefits:
