Our client, a non-profit organization in Arlington, VA, is urgently seeking a temporary HR Manager to support their team for 3 months!
About the Job:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure compliant job postings, support resume screenings, and schedule interviews.
- Support performance review cycles and other compensation processes.
- Assist with benefits administration, multi-state compliance, open enrollment, and vendor coordination.
- Parter with the accounting team to support payroll accuracy.
- Handle additional responsibilities as needed to support the HR team.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience are required.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- UKG experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities, multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Confidential and personable with the ability to connect with others.
About the Position:
- $38/hr-$43/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 3 months, starting ASAP!
- Potential for the assignment to extend or become permanent.
- Hours are 9am-5pm.
- Must be DMV located.
