This onsite temporary Sales Manager role is based in Beverly, offering full-time hours from 9-5 and a pay rate of $22/hr. The position is with a hospitality company that specializes in guest services and event accommodations, and the selected candidate will support group sales efforts for approximately 3+ months. The role focuses on driving group business, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Solicit, qualify, and close group room business within assigned market segments.
Respond to RFPs and incoming group leads promptly and professionally.
Conduct site inspections for prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and rate agreements following revenue management guidelines.
Candidate Qualifications:
Prior hotel sales experience-especially in group sales-is strongly preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with hotel sales systems (Delphi, Opera) and Microsoft Office is a plus.
