Role: Admin Assistant
Location: Houston (77066) – fully onsite
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay: $22/hr+ DOE

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in our Houston branch. This position is fully onsite and offers the chance to join a dynamic team while supporting essential office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks: answering phones, filing, ordering office supplies
- Assist with Accounts Receivable: contact customers regarding past-due invoices
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Support branch operations by answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel (intermediate level)
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience (2+ years)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
