Woman-founded commercial real estate investment firm, located in Downtown, Manhattan, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Executive Assistant to support the CEO in their NYC office. The hours are 9am-6pm (flex to stay later as needed) and they operate on a hybrid schedule with Tuesday-Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remote.
Responsibilities:
- Manage heavy calendars, book travel arrangements, and coordinate a high volume of meetings
- Process invoices and approvals
- Manage office space: order supplies, stock pantry, and liaise between IT department and building management
- Assist with presentation prep, as well as market and loan research
- Prepare payroll, control correspondence, and design filing systems
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of EA experience, preferably in finance or real estate
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet
- Willingness to become a Notary Public
- Strong organizational and time management skills; great phone etiquette
- Exceptional ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently with little direction; comfortable “operating in the gray”
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $80-90K base depending on experience + bonus
