Our client, a middle school located in Lincoln, MA, is seeking a Campus Administrator to provide broad administrative support to faculty and staff, coordinate campus activities, manage logistics, and assist with events. This role pays $21/hour, is 100% on site and requires a candidate to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Middle School Head and faculty
- Manage student attendance, calendars, room reservations, and campus logistics
- Receive and route telephone calls; manage central phone lines
- Greet and direct visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor
- Receive, sort, and distribute campus mail daily
- Complete purchase orders and order supplies
- Organize and coordinate parent-teacher conferences
- Support onsite training programs and events with materials and logistics
- Coordinate with Buildings and Grounds for repairs and maintenance
- Send communications to parents as directed by the Middle School team
- Perform other duties related to campus operations as requested
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; administrative experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and project management ability
- Proficiency with databases and Google applications
- Clean driving record; ability to be trained on a 14-passenger school activity bus
- Flexibility while adhering to deadlines
