Our client, a leading private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Investor Relations team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex travel and event coordination in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is hybrid in office/remote, hours are 9:00am-5:30pm with flexibility for overtime and email monitoring outside business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendars, internal meetings, and large-scale events such as annual meetings and CEO retreats
- Arrange complex, multi-leg international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
- Assist with roadshow logistics and investor-related activities
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the IR team
- Process expenses and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other assistants and provide backup support as needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-10+ years of executive assistant experience; finance or investor relations background preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event coordination a plus
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
