Our client, a leading insurance organization, is seeking a Temporary Customer Care Associate to support auto insurance customers in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This is a 3+ month temporary opportunity paying $21/hour, with Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM hours, and based in Boston. Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service for auto insurance inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat
- Ensure each customer interaction results in a positive experience
- Learn and maintain knowledge of insurance products and services
- Accurately enter and update policy information across multiple systems
- Build strong relationships with customers, agents, and internal teams
- Apply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve customer issues
Candidate Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- At least 1 year of general work experience preferred
