Our client, a confidential professional services organization, is seeking two Client Services Representatives to join their onsite team in Boston. This is a 3-6 month contract role starting February 9, with potential to convert to full-time based on performance and ongoing feedback. The position pays $22/hour with conversion salary starting around $46K. Hours follow a rotating schedule (up to 35 hours per week max), with shifts ranging between 8:00 AM-4:00 PM and 11:00 AM-7:00 PM; schedules are provided two weeks in advance.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone calls from existing and prospective clients regarding products and accounts
- Process financial and non-financial transactions in accordance with established procedures
- Resolve basic account questions and escalate complex issues as needed
- Communicate with clients and partners via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Document calls accurately and maintain proper records
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client inquiries
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Candidate Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional demeanor and genuine interest in client support roles
