An established financial services firm is searching for a Temporary Benefits Specialist to start as soon as possible! This individual will be responsible for managing employee benefits administration. This position offers free parking, hybrid flexibility, and a welcoming work environment. Responsibilities
- Administer daily employee benefits and respond to inquiries.
- Resolve benefit issues, escalating and implementing solutions as needed.
- Maintain COBRA records and update HRIS (Ceridian/Dayforce), including open enrollment.
- Coordinate payroll, HR, and finance to ensure accurate deductions, contributions, and reconciliations.
- Process monthly provider invoices and self‑bill voluntary benefits.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a benefits administration or HR‑focused role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee inquiries.
- Experience with HRIS Systems; Ceridian Dayforce experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
