Our client is seeking a temporary Office Operations Coordinator to support their team in their Washington, DC office! If you are available to start mid-January, enjoy learning on the fly, and are looking for growth, apply now!

About the Job:

* Support the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of common areas and equipment.
* Order and restock supplies in kitchens, workrooms, storage areas, etc.
* Assist with monthly reports, yearly inventory, shipment preparations, and meeting setup.
* Prepare workspaces, welcome boxes, and training equipment for new hires.
* Conduct building tours, serve as the safety warden during emergencies, and provide receptionist coverage as needed.
* Additional responsibilities as assigned.

About You:
* 2+ years of experience in an office coordination or administrative role or an associate’s degree are required.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite with basic technical skills.
* Customer service oriented with high professionalism.
* Self-starter who is dependent and organized.

About the Position:
* $21/hr-$23/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary for 6-12 weeks.
* Hours are 9:00am-3:30pm.
* 100% on site in Arlington, VA.
* Free parking!
