We’re working with a global consulting firm that is looking to hire a Contract Recruiter to help manage experienced hiring during a busy period for their in-market team. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is confident, polished, collaborative, and excited to work in a fast paced professional services environment. This is a 6 month long contract and you would work a hybrid schedule downtown in the loop.
What You’ll Do:
Manage end-to-end recruiting for experienced hires, from sourcing through offer acceptance
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and align on sourcing and hiring strategies
Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics to ensure a smooth, high-touch candidate experience
Gather and synthesize feedback from interviewers and candidates to continuously improve processes
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting in recruiting systems to support metrics and analytics
Who We’re Looking For:
1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate backgrounds welcome)
Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
Comfortable using ATS platforms and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
