Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking a Temporary Development Operations & Administration Coordinator to support its national fundraising operations during a period of growth and systems optimization. This is a part-time, on-site role in Newtonville, MA, offering approximately 10 hours per week (two consistent days, five hours each) with flexibility on scheduling, a pay rate of $21-$22/hour, and an ASAP start on January 5 for 6+ months. Job Responsibilities
- Process donations and generate tax receipts in Salesforce
- Create, send, and track donor acknowledgement letters and emails
- Manage printing and mailing of physical donor correspondence
- Audit, clean, and maintain donor and opportunity records in Salesforce
- Identify and resolve duplicate records and data inconsistencies
- Draft standard operating procedures and document workflows
- Conduct prospect research and prepare donor briefing materials
- Compile donor giving histories and engagement summaries
Candidate Qualifications
- Experience supporting development or fundraising operations using Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Clear and professional written communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential donor information with discretion
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
