Our client, a leading alternative investment specialist, is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join their NYC team. Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, hybrid. Position starts on/around January 5th, 2026. Temp duration is 3+ weeks with potential to extend.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the BD team
- Manage calendars and schedules, booking virtual and in person meetings
- Perform regular travel and expense report preparation
- Arrange and coordinate international and domestic travel including flights, hotels, and car services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2+ years of administrative experience supporting teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook
- Flexible and down-to-earth professional with a collaborative workstyle
Pay:
- $36-$45/hour
