Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leaders with across two teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex scheduling and travel arrangements. The schedule is 8:30am-5:30pm, hybrid (3 days onsite in Manhattan, 2 remote), with occasional flexibility for early start times.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings for multiple executives
- Arrange and coordinate complex international and domestic travel plans
- Prepare and process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with team-building events and office administrative needs
- Support annual holiday card and gift distribution initiatives
- Collaborate with global offices and internal teams to ensure seamless communication
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-7+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience; legal, consulting, or finance background preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $105K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
