Location: Fort Worth, TX | Start Date: January 12 | Schedule: Mon-Fri Onsite | Pay: $18/hr
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll help locate customers and vehicles on charged-off accounts, work with external vendors, and assist customers with payment options or voluntary surrender. You’ll also support legal processes when necessary.
What You’ll Do:
- Assign and monitor accounts with external skip and repossession vendors.
- Make outbound calls to customers to discuss payments or recover vehicles.
- Handle inbound calls regarding payoffs, reinstatements, and voluntary surrenders.
- Support legal and fraud teams on recovery efforts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in Customer Service (Collections background preferred)
- Auto finance collection experience
- High attention to detail
