Location: Dallas, TX | Start Date: January 12 | Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5 onsite | Pay: $18/hr
We’re seeking a Recovery Administrator to manage telematics data and help recover vehicles efficiently. This is a data-focused, non-phone role that requires strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:
- Process and track telematics pings in internal systems.
- Refresh VIN data every 3 days until recovery is complete.
- Use Excel (pivot tables, graphs) to prioritize accounts and measure success.
- Communicate urgent updates to internal teams and vendors via email.
What We’re Looking For:
- Collections experince
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, graphs).
- Ability to manage multiple systems and ensure compliance.
- Strong attention to detail
