This is a Temporary Executive Assistant opportunity with a confidential life sciences/biotech company supporting senior leadership in a mission-driven environment. The role is onsite Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, located in Cambridge, and is expected to last approximately 6 months with potential to extend or convert. Pay is $42/hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and prepare expense reports
- Manage calendars, meeting requests, agendas, and meeting minutes for executives
- Support internal and external stakeholders, including employees and board members
- Handle onsite logistics for meetings, events, company lunches, and vendor visits
- Draft, edit, proof, and organize company documents and presentation materials
- Maintain meeting schedules and assist with general office coordination
Candidate Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executives (light or more junior EA experience acceptable)
- Life sciences, biotech, or pharma industry experience preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail with discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet)
- Excellent customer service and professional communication skills
- Experience working with legal teams (DocuSign, CDAs) is a plus
