Our client, a property management company located in Lexington, MA, is seeking a Community Manager to join their team for one month to cover a medical leave. This onsite role has hours from 8:30am-5pm and offers free onsite parking. It is compensating up to $38/hour, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a welcoming lobby presence, greeting tenants and visitors with a hospitable, professional demeanor
- Plan, coordinate, and execute tenant engagement programming, appreciation events, and large- and small-scale meetings
- Manage conference rooms, amenity spaces, and event logistics
- Oversee property app content, updates, and tenant engagement in partnership with developers and internal teams
- Provide concierge-style services, responding to tenant inquiries and coordinating services, reservations, and requests
- Manage property social media, internal marketing collateral, and event communications
- Track budgets, vendor contracts, reporting, and billing related to tenant services
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, with at least three years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, shared calendars, video conferencing, and document-sharing platforms
- Strong background in marketing, event planning, hospitality, or concierge services
- Friendly, polished, and customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging programs and marketing materials
