Our client, an executive search firm, is seeking a Coordinator to provide administrative and project support to consultants across multiple teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is 8:30am-5:30pm, hybrid (4 days onsite in Manhattan, 1 remote).
Responsibilities:
- Support consultants with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for client engagements
- Assist with event planning and logistics for internal and external meetings
- Maintain accurate records and manage data entry in internal systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and client service
- Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 3-5+ years of administrative experience; executive search or recruitment experience a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; client-facing experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
