Our client, a leading executive search firm, is seeking a Research Associate to support the full cycle of executive recruiting, including candidate sourcing, industry mapping, and search management. This role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The schedule is 8:30am-5:30pm, hybrid (1-2 days onsite in Manhattan), with flexibility for remote candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, internal databases, and other research tools
- Support full-cycle recruiting, including vetting calls, candidate tracking, and document preparation
- Draft client updates and assist with creating polished deliverables for search progress
- Collaborate with senior partners on search strategy and market insights
- Maintain accurate candidate and search information in the firm’s database
- Contribute to business development through research projects and industry mapping
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-3+ years of professional experience; executive search or recruiting experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ability to learn new systems; database experience a plus
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $85K base salary + discretionary bonus
