We’re seeking a Receptionist for a temporary assignment covering a leave of absence. This role will begin January 5th and run through mid-April. Pay starting at $20/hr DOE. This role will be fully onsite, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm in Downtown Houston.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Manage conference room scheduling and setup, including food and beverage arrangements.
- Coordinate lunch orders and maintain hospitality standards.
- Support office operations and enforce firm policies when necessary.
Requirements
- Receptionist experience in a professional services or corporate environment
- Strong hospitality skills
- Upbeat and confident personality
- Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills.
