Our client, a financial firm needs additional support for their office on a temporary basis and will require to be in the office Tuesday -Thursday. We’re looking for a professional, detail-oriented temp to support front desk operations and overall office coordination.
What you’ll do:
- Open and prepare the front desk each morning
- Greet and escort visitors; manage guest arrivals and notifications
- Set up and reset conference rooms (Zoom, water, catering)
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Maintain office, pantry, and supply areas; assist with inventory and ordering
- Support staff with copying, scanning, expense reports, and ad hoc requests
- Assist with presentation materials and FedEx shipments
- Monitor printers, stock paper and water, and report office issues as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of professional office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Ability to work up to 6 months on a part-time basis
- Strong attention to detail
