About the Job:
- Support the life insurance policy process by serving as a point of contact between policyholders and insurance carriers.
- Assist with verifying and processing life insurance policy ownership updates.
- Review and maintain accurate insured and policyholder information through routine audits and follow-up.
- Communicate with policyholders and insurance carrier representatives to address questions and facilitate requests.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure information is updated accurately in company systems.
- Collaborate with internal team members to support policy administration and client service activities.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Skilled in written and verbal communication.
