Our client is a leader in its field, and they are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to provide seamless administrative support while contributing to technology-driven initiatives. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to support software applications, data analysis, and reporting needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency through technology.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems and tools.
- Assist with CRM implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external technology partners.
- Track projects, update documentation, and prepare reports.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when necessary.
- Support onboarding of new team members with technology tools and systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or technology support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, DealCloud).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and emerging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT).
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and discretion in handling sensitive information.
