Our client, a global quantitative trading firm, is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead daily office operations and create a best‑in‑class employee experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, facilities expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. The schedule is 8:30am-5:30pm, fully onsite in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring a polished, efficient, and highly functional workspace
- Manage Workplace Services team members, including coordinators and reception staff
- Lead office moves, build‑outs, and space planning initiatives in partnership with global teams
- Coordinate with building management, facilities, security, and service providers
- Partner with internal teams (Tech Services, HR, Real Estate, Construction) to support organizational needs
- Identify and implement improvements that enhance the employee experience
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- 7+ years of workplace experience, facilities, or office operations management
- 2-3+ years of people management experience
- Experience leading office relocation or build‑outs required
- Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to represent culture and lead by example
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and support a high‑performance culture
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $150K base salary + bonus
