Our client, a global merchant bank, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support members of the Credit Team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong calendar management abilities, and the maturity to support senior investment professionals in a fast‑paced environment. The schedule is 8:30am-5:30pm, fully onsite in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars for six investment professionals, including internal and external scheduling
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Process expenses accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain communication with executives after hours as needed to ensure seamless support
- Collaborate with team administrators to provide backup assistance and maintain workflow continuity
- Assist with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5-7+ years of executive assistant experience; financial services strongly preferred
- Strong work ethic with excellent judgment and ability to read the room
- Proven experience supporting multiple high‑level executives simultaneously
- Professional demeanor, service‑oriented mindset, and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and establish trust with senior leaders
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $150K base salary + bonus
