Our client, an investment management firm focused on sustainability, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Fundraising and senior leadership team. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and act as a liaison for office operations. The hours are 9:00/9:30 AM-6:00 PM, Monday-Thursday in-office in New York City, with remote work on Fridays and accessibility after hours via email.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings for senior executives
- Arrange domestic and international travel and process expense reports using Concur
- Monitor email after hours and respond promptly to urgent requests
- Act as a liaison for office operations, ensuring smooth coordination with administrative leadership
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and maintain effective communication across teams
- Support special projects and assist with event coordination as needed
Required Qualifications & Desired Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in financial services
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent judgment, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; experience with Concur and Slack preferred
- Reliable, disciplined, and team-oriented with a proactive approach
Compensation
- Up to $140K-160K salary + discretionary bonus
