Our client, a growing medical technology company is seeking a Part-Time Data Entry/Administrator to support its expanding sales team. This is an open-ended temporary opportunity paying $25/hour, offers 12-15 hours per week (Monday-Wednesday, 4 hours per day with an 8:30-9:00 AM start), and is based in Burlington, MA. The position will be fully onsite for the first 3-4 weeks, then transition to a hybrid schedule. Free parking and company-provided equipment are included.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Administrator with day-to-day administrative tasks for a national sales team
- Enter and manage purchase orders and sales data within CRM and accounting systems
- Upload and track data using spreadsheets and internal systems
- Create and process orders, including consumables and marketing packages
- Assist with shipping coordination and order logistics
- Communicate regularly with sales representatives regarding orders and requests
Candidate Qualifications
- Previous administrative or sales administration experience
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Experience with CRM or accounting systems such as HubSpot, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets for tracking and reporting
- Reliable, organized, and able to support a fast-growing team
