Our client is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a wealth management advisory team. This fully remote role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a warm, professional demeanor to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent client service. The role is 15 hours/week, Monday-Friday (3 consecutive hours per day, flexible timing) and is fully remote with occasional in-office meetings (every 1-2 months).
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle phone inquiries
- Maintain and update electronic filing systems and databases
- Assist with tax forms, statements, and financial document preparation
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and client onboarding
- Liaise with third-party vendors for website updates and formatting
- Support ad hoc projects and operational tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-4+ years of administrative experience; finance background a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $25-$30/hour + bonus
