Our client, a construction management firm in Arlington, VA, is looking for a temporary Receptionist and Office Coordinator to support their team.
About the Job:
- Greet guests, answer and direct phone calls.
- Distribute mail.
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
- Assist with events and social media.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
About You:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; An associate’s degree is required.
- 2+ years of experience in office administration is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills are required.
- Great analytical skills and strong attention to detail are a must.
About the Position:
- $24/hr-$27/hr, depending on experience.
- Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
- 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.
