Our client, an accounting firm, is looking for a Tax Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis in Mclean, Viriginia.
About The Job:
Prepare and organize tax client documents
Process and log outgoing mail and packages
Coordinate courier services and mail delivery
Create engagement letters, correspondence, and reports
Manage confidential client information
Print, organize, and bind tax returns
Track and return original client documents
Assist with invoices and provide admin support to tax teams
About You:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
3+ years of administrative experience is required
Professional services firm experience is preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Highly detail‑oriented and organized
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Able to manage confidential information and multiple deadlines
About The Position:

$28-$31/hr
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Schedule: 100% onsite
