Our client, a global commercial real estate and facilities management firm, is seeking a Site Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at a high-profile corporate office in Boston. This is a temporary onsite opportunity paying $24/hour, with hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. The assignment is expected to last 2 months with the possibility of extension, starting January 26th.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reception desk support and coverage
- Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, service requests, and site activities
- Assist with basic reporting on site operations, vendor performance, and KPIs
- Respond to routine inquiries from staff, vendors, and clients
- Support site procedures, protocols, and operational documentation
- Coordinate site meetings and prepare relevant materials
Candidate Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing administrative or operational support role
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience with data entry, documentation management, or vendor coordination preferred
