Our client is seeking a Receptionist to provide front-office support and ensure smooth daily operations in a professional, service-oriented environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hospitality mindset to create a welcoming experience for employees and guests. This role is onsite in Manhattan Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist employees, visitors, and clients; maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
- Coordinate conference room scheduling, catering orders, and meeting logistics
- Manage reception desk coverage, phone lines, and visitor security check-ins
- Oversee daily lunch program and liaise with vendors for catering and office supplies
- Support administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, and preparing materials
- Collaborate with facilities and administrative teams to ensure smooth office operations
Job Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience in hospitality or office services; prior corporate experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software quickly
- Service-oriented mindset with flexibility and ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $80K base salary + bonus + paid overtime
