Our client, a non-profit organization located in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary HR Benefits Administration Specialist to support their team for at least 3 months!
About the Job:
- Ensure continuity of benefits, retirement, payroll coordination, etc.
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for benefits and resolve any issues.
- Lead audit preparations and ensure compliance across documentation.
- Oversee leave programs and partner with payroll to verify accurate leave-related pay processing.
- Provide day-to-day task coordination for the benefits team.
- Complete additional tasks as needed.
About You:
- 7+ years of comprehensive benefits experience are required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Effectively prioritize work while assessing risk and appropriately escalating.
- Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS is highly desired.
- Able to communicate with stakeholders across various levels.
About the Position:
- $38/hr-$43/hr, depending on experience
- Temporary for 3+ months.
- 3 days/week in office.
- Metro accessible in Washington, DC.
