Our client, an association in DC, has a need for a temporary to permanent Front Desk Assistant to provide hospitality and much needed support in their downtown DC office!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure members and guests are received promptly and professionally.
- Handle document filing/management.
- Serve as point of contact for security, vendors, and visitors.
- Coordinate mail, supplies, and conference rooms.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of front desk or administrative experience is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent customer service skills with strong problem-solving, writing, editing, and math skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Position Information:
- $22/hr-$25//hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary to permanent position.
- Hours are 8:30am-5:00 or 5:30pm.
- 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
