We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute the firm’s marketing strategy, analytics, and growth initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on digital execution and is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in both planning and doing.
The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in strengthening the firm’s lead-generation pipeline through innovative digital marketing efforts, community-facing initiatives, and referral network development. This individual will also create high-quality internal and external communications that reflect the firm’s brand, values, and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute the firm’s overall marketing strategy, including digital campaigns, performance tracking, and growth initiatives
Drive lead generation through targeted digital marketing, community engagement, and referral partnerships
Develop polished, engaging internal and external communications aligned with brand and business priorities
Create customized presentations and messaging that inform, inspire, and support business development efforts
Craft compelling content that highlights the firm’s capabilities and strengthens client and partner relationships
Plan, coordinate, and execute networking events and outreach initiatives, including logistics and on-site support
Organize and manage firm-wide meetings such as weekly leadership meetings, quarterly town halls, and special events to foster alignment and engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing (law firm or professional services preferred, but not required).
- Proven track record of driving measurable results (leads, conversions, ROI).
- Strong skills in digital marketing tools: SEO, social media, email campaigns, analytics.
- Excellent writing and design skills for content creation.
