Our client, a private nonprofit human services organization, is seeking a Data Entry Assistant for a 2-3+ month temporary assignment supporting high-volume administrative operations. This role is 100% onsite in Waltham and offers $22/hour for a 37.5-hour workweek, with flexible hours of 9:00 AM-5:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. Job Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Scan, organize, and file documents
- Process and post checks in accordance with internal procedures
- Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies
- Use Provider Direct software (training provided if needed)
- Assist with additional administrative and research-related tasks as assigned
Candidate Qualifications
- Prior data entry or administrative support experience preferred
- Strong typing skills and ability to manage a high volume of work
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with Provider Direct is a plus, but not required
