Our client is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. If you have 5+ years of administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and are confidential, we want to hear from you.
About the Job:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP and team.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Prepare, process, and distribute communications and presentations.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings and conferences.
- Additional related tasks as required.
About You:
- 5+ years of related professional experience is required; An associates degree is required.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 and a technical savviness.
- Able to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion as needed.
About the Position:
- $25/hr-$30/hr depending on experience.
- Converts to a salary of 65k-70k
- Hybrid with 3 days/week onsite in Arlington, VA.
