Our client, a consulting firm in downtown Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary to permanent Office & Executive Coordinator to support their office and leadership team!
About the Job:
- Act as the main point-of-contact for office needs and support leadership team members.
- Handle meeting coordination, workshop logistics, and ensure clients are receiving any support needed.
- Maintain documentation for support best practices such as catering recommendations, local support roles, etc.
- Coordinate office reservations, catering requests, reconcile expenses, and handle printing needs.
- Provide back-up support to reception and complete additional tasks/special projects as needed.
About You:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5+ years of administrative, executive, or office assistant experience is required.
- Strong skills in MS Office, Zoom, and Teams.
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
- $29/hr-$33/hr, depending on experience.
- Converts to a salary of $70k-$75k, depending on experience.
- Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm.
- Hybrid with 3 days/week onsite in Washington, DC.
