Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Founder/CEO of a real estate investment and development firm. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong written communication, and the ability to manage both professional and personal responsibilities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. The hours are 9:00am-6:00pm (with minimal overtime), and the role is onsite, 5 days per week with occasional flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and proactively schedule internal and external meetings
- Oversee inbox management, draft correspondence, and respond on behalf of the Founder
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and investment materials
- Assist with personal scheduling and logistics
- Support special projects, event planning, and office culture initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant; prior experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100K-$120K base salary + bonus
