Our client, a Public Relations firm located in Midtown East, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temp Project/Data Specialist (Admin) to support a Partner. This position will start January 2025, onsite schedule and hours are flexible. Temp duration depends on the completion of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update contact data in CRM.
- Verify accuracy, clean up records, and track issues to resolution.
- Conduct online research to confirm information.
- Prepare and update Excel/Google Sheets reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and support with admin tasks.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in assistant, office admin, or similar role. Data entry experience.
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (formulas, sorting, pivot tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- CRM experience required; creative problem solver
- Able to focus on repetitive tasks without loss of accuracy.
Pay:
- $30+ depending on experience.
