Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Infrastructure Private Equity team in a fast-paced, global environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex scheduling and travel across multiple time zones. The hours are 9:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility required), and the role is 4 days onsite in Manhattan with 1 day remote.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a team of 8-9 executives
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings across global time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Process expense reports and reimbursements via Concur
- Prepare meeting materials and assist with conference logistics
- Support recruiting events and assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5-10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in private equity, investment banking, or similar fast-paced environments
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; experience with Concur a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong sense of urgency
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $115K-$120K base salary + bonus + paid overtime
