Our client, located in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Facilities Specialist to support their team in Washington, DC through October!
About the Job:
- Provide front desk coverage, team member training, and basic troubleshooting support.
- Set up meeting spaces, workspace, and assist with office moves.
- Ensure daily upkeep of reception and kitchen areas, including maintaining supply levels.
- Coordinate maintenance with building management and vendors, addressing repairs and maintaining aesthetic standards.
- Assist with additional facilities-related tasks as required.
About You:
- 2+ years of administrative or office facility experience is required.
- A high school diploma is required.
- CPR and first-aid certifications are required.
- Intermediate MS Office Suite skills are required.
- Customer service oriented with high professionalism.
- Detail-oriented/organized with excellent communication, and multitasking skills.
About the Position:
- Pays $28/hr-$32/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 3-4 months, starting ASAP!
- 100% on site in Washington, DC from 8:30am-5:30pm.
